SFC Classroom of the Future Contest 2026 : Etch your vision into this campus.
SFC has always been a testing ground for challengers who stay ahead of their time.
Even the “latest environment” we see today is merely a future that someone in the past once envisioned.
So, are you someone who will move the history of this campus forward?
The “SFC Classroom of the Future Contest 2026” is not just a brainstorming session or a presentation of assignments. We are seeking proposals for new classrooms from students — the people who use these spaces most deeply every day and have the sharpest sensibilities — who think, “If a classroom like this existed, university would be even more exciting!”
We are not looking for well-behaved designs that stay within the expectations of adults. Through research, creation, dialogue, and sometimes complete absorption, please present a spatial concept that breaks conventions — one that only “you” can reach.
Outstanding proposals will go through visitor voting and judging at the SFC EXPO and will be adopted as an important vision for building the actual SFC campus.
Will you simply spend your time within the conventions of SFC’s past? Or will you become the one who “defines” the conventions of SFC’s future? Why not give shape to your thinking as a “space” and present the future of SFC?
