ORF EXHIBITION

Oral History Opening up the unknown Through Interview

Listening is a practice in which the speaker and listener mutually influence one another to construct meaning. As we savor and contemplate sensations that defy words and questions that hang in the air, we listen to narratives that are constantly shifting and evolving. Based on their individual areas of interest, seminar students have combined various listening methods to engage with these narratives. At ORF2026, we will present our research findings and reexamine the meaning of hearing and listening. Through listeninga practice fostered by reciprocitywe will explore with our audience the narratives and their nuances that cannot be fully captured by numerical data.
