Nature Positive Starts Here: SFC, a Nationally Certified Sustainably Managed Natural Sites by Ministry of the Environment
Ichinose lab. is aiming to enhance biodiversity on the SFC campus and promote nature-positive initiatives in the surrounding region through ecological surveys, habitat management, and sustainable resource use. The latter half of the fiscal year 2024 (Reiwa 6), SFC was officially registered as a Nationally Certified Sustainably Managed Natural Sites by Ministry of the Environment, recognizing the campus ecological significance. This designation has further energized our efforts to deepen our research and contribute to the local environment. At this exhibition, we show not only our research but also actual specimens, live organisms, and field tools such as drones. We invite you to visit the Ichinose lab booth and experience the richness of nature in SFC.
