This exhibition introduces an ongoing project from the Aqil Lab that explores everyday public spaces where people naturally gather. Focusing on such places such as small open areas, sports facilitie, transport hubs or naturally formed spots, the project analyses how design elements like furniture, greenery, and artwork can foster social interaction and enhance spatial value. By reframing the everyday environment through a critical lens, the exhibit seeks to provoke new perspectives on the relationship between people and urban space, and to inspire ideas for future city-making.
