For the GOKIGEN and health of all
The Mitsuhiro Watanabe Research Group is engaged in health research projects and community development activities centered on the themes of food, exercise, and mental well-being, with the aim of realizing a healthy and long-lived society. We would like to share with you the latest scientific evidence revealed through our research, as well as ideas for incorporating these findings into daily life and applying them to community development. This includes the utilization of useful plants discovered on the SFC campus, the natural cultivation of Maeve, a newly discovered Japanese indigenous grape species found in Fujisawa City, proposals for food that simultaneously achieves environmental sustainability and healthy longevity, and inclusive outdoor activities.
