The Yamagishi Student Project Support Program is one of the rare grants in Japan that financially support undergraduate research activities. The program started in 2013 and marked its 10th anniversary last year.We are holding a commemorative session with the alumni who were selected as grant recipients in the past ten years, the donor, Mr. Yamagishi, and Professor Takashio who has been organizing the program and in contact with recipients over the years. In the session, we will find out how being undergraduate students and selected as grant recipients has influenced their career path afterward, research projects they worked on during undergraduate program, and their current career.
