As the information is flooded, voices spread everywhere today. However, how serious are we to listen to the stories of the person right in front of us? In this seminar, through the act of listening such as shedding light on the non-verbalized voices, getting close to others' experiences, and being inevitably changed by those, we research and record human emotions, multi-layered memories, historical background and so on. Those are what numbers and statistical data do not necessarily tell us. In the exhibition, we will present values and potentials of qualitative research including listening.
