Since 2022, a working group on disaster and welfare, consisting of representatives of the Katase District Council of Social Welfare and district residents, has been formed to study the issue based on research and the experiences of those who have gone before. Discussions were held on how to restore life after everyone was saved, and the importance of human connections from normal times was highlighted once again. Teaming is important for living beyond that point. Along with the results of this residents' activities, we will hold a session on “Connecting People and Becoming a Team in the Community” at ORF2024, inviting a lecturer with a proven track record of connecting people and promoting an environment of psychological safety in the field of patient safety.
