The Mitsuhiro Watanabe Study Group is involved in health research and community development projects related to food, exercise, and the mind. The goal is to create a healthy and long-lived society. We will share the latest scientific evidence and ideas for incorporating them into your daily life and community development. We will also introduce our project with Shonan Keiiku Hospital, the use of useful plants on the SFC campus, and the cultivation of Maeve, a new Japanese grape species.
