Traning Model and Training Proguramu for Bucolam Oromucosal Solution -Support for School Teachers about Medical Care

The number of situations in which school faculty and staff (teaching staff) are required to provide medical care is increasing every year, and the establishment of a support system is an urgent issue. 2022, a notice was issued allowing teaching staff to administer Bucolam, a drug used in the treatment of seizures due to epilepsy, to the oral mucosa of children who have epilepsy at school. While this is an important initiative to protect children's health, teachers and staff are experiencing strong difficulties and need support. We are pleased to report that we have combined our expertise in pediatric nursing and the school field, as well as digital fabrication technology, to create a practice model and develop a training program.
