The Mitsuhiro Watanabe Research Group conducts research projects on health with the focus on food, exercise, and mind, and applies them to community development with the aim of realizing a healthy and a long-lived society. In this exhibition, we would like to introduce scientific evidences revealed from the latest research and share with you ideas to incorporate them into your daily life and apply them to community development. We will also introduce useful plants that can be found on the SFC campus and a new endemic grape species Maeve discovered in Fujisawa City, which is cultivate naturally on campus.
