The Junichi Ushiyama Laboratory embraces the motto Understanding the Principles of the Brain and Body, and Nurturing Them. We view the brain and body as an integrated system and delve into neuroscience research related to bodily movement, exploring how humans control physical motion and acquire motor skills. This exhibition aims to provide all our visitors with an academic insight into the relationship between the brain and body, allowing them to perceive the fascination and potential in this field. We will introduce the research conducted within our laboratory.
