Since its establishment in 1990, SFC has leveraged the Internet in an advanced campus environment to drive research and education for 30 years. However, relentless technological advancements have made it challenging to sustain SFC's cutting-edge status. This consortium revisits the original concept of SFC's inception and embarks on researching the next-generation campus information infrastructure. It aims to construct an information infrastructure blending physical and virtual spaces, creating a Digital Twin Campus. The consortium will delve into research on 5G/6G technologies, sensors, and image recognition. Privacy and security will be paramount considerations, contributing to the creation of a novel information society.
