Isagai Lab., our seminar group, researches how to design an effective platform in a local community. We define a platform as a place where people can create new knowledge, values, and activities as a result of mutual learning and collaboration with various people and resources. We aim to create practical knowledge and solve social issues through two approaches: an action research that visits a community actively in order to experience and observe real-life activities and having a boundary perspective focusing on a boundary when we design a platform.
